Sitting still for hours is hard on your back and neck. Short movement breaks every 30–45 minutes help more than one long workout at the end of the day.
- Chin tucks: gently draw your chin back, hold for five seconds, repeat ten times
- Shoulder rolls: ten slow circles backwards
- Seated twist: turn to each side and hold for twenty seconds
- Standing back bend: hands on hips, lean gently back five times
Stop if any movement causes sharp pain, and book an assessment if pain lasts more than a couple of weeks.
